Publishing rights

By publishing a recording to Pódium you confirm and agree to the following. This is a binding declaration — please read it before you publish.

1. The recording is your own original work and you hold all the publishing rights needed to make it public.
2. You grant Pódium a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, stream, distribute, and make the technical modifications required to run the service — transcoding, format and size variants, waveform previews, and short excerpts for discovery.
3. Neither the recording nor its authors are registered with a collective rights organisation such as OSA or Intergram.
4. If OSA, Intergram, or any other party raises a claim, demand, or fee relating to this recording, you (the uploader) are solely responsible for it — Pódium bears no liability, and you will indemnify us against any such claim.
5. The recording is not a cover, remix, or sample of another artist's song.
6. You may unpublish at any time; we then remove it from public access, though copies already cached or downloaded by others may persist.
